Device verification and birdseye problems

On trying to send from Basecamp to my Montana 650T the Garmin verification of device activation took forever. When it was finally verified (about 5 mins) a text box said my Birdseye subscription was no longer active and would I like to load a demo. I clicked yes and now most of my existing birdseye images are very poor quality. I have already paid for those photos via subscription and now they appear lost.
So there are a few problems here!
1- It took way to long for the verification process to occur.
2- Where have my quality birdseye photos gone?
3- The transfer to my device did not happen....why?
4- Birdseye should not be a key for verification of the device.
I would appreciate any help/advice
Cheers,
  • A Birdseye subscription lasts for a year. If yours has expired you will need to renew it if you need to download further images.

Those currently on your device should be fine, but you should back them up to your PC as once the subscription expires you're no longer able to send them from Basecamp to your device.
