BaseCamp is now unable to upgrade my GPS device

In the past, BaseCamp permit me to upgrade/update the software of my GPS.
After upgrading to 6.10 ... BaseCamp propose me (When he propose) to upgrade my GPS to an old version 5.90.
The Garmin support in belgium said just: your device is up to date" - So no solution.
I surfed on the garmin pages and I found at the page:

"Garmin Express" to update the software on my GPS device.
I installed it and he bring me to 6.30 - BUT sometimes, when i plug my gps onto my pc, BaseCamp insist to again install the 5.90 version showing me that the installed version is 6.30.
Please help !
- BaseCamp: Version 4.5.2
- GPSMAP62s: Version 6.30
- PC Windows 7 Pro SP1

Provided Express is showing it up to date just ignore the message in Basecamp

This is what I do now, but it would be wonderful if BaseCamp could work as before.

Well it could be a device issue, Basecamp reports all my devices correctly.

If it's a device issue .... BaseCamp must be fooled by the device saying that the device have a wrong version.
But in my case, BaseCamp reports my device at 6.30 which is correct.
BaseCamp in this case must not pop-up this windows telling that a new version 5.90 is available for installation.

It looks like BaseCamp see the correct version in the device, check with a Garmin server and see a discrepancy, so propose the new version which is incorrect on the server. I think that the problem is between BaseCamp and the Garmin Server. - Because for me also BaseCamp reports my device correctly.

This is a known issue in BaseCamp when you update the device outside of BaseCamp. At some point BaseCamp probably prompted you about the 5.90 update (which wasn't performed), but then you later performed the 6.10 update with Express?
