Hi,

I am using Basecamp on my Mac using a Garmin GPS Map 62s

I use it for a very basic function of Area Calculation and the issue is that I am having is I am having an issue of been able to show the calculation that I have done today and the SQM - I need to print these - Can I just show this in Basecamp or is there a better application?

Is There also away to hide all the other tracks and just show the current day that I have area calculated?

Why has it included tracks from "base" to the job that I have been to and how can I stop this - The device has not been switched on until I am at the job
  • Last point you need to clear current track once you have a satellite lock, otherwise you will get a line from there to where it was switched off previously.

Can't help with your first question though, as for your second are you talking about in Basecamp or on your 62?

Thanks AMSUSSAMB - How would I do this and would I do this after I have saved the track? and the 2nd one was in Basecamp - Is there a better app?
  • Sorry I don't have your model but it will be in your manual somewhere. If not look for Reset in your devices menu. You need to do it before you start recording your track, then do a save current track at the end.

Basecamp data should be organised in folders and lists. Only data from the selected folder or list is then shown on the map pane.
