Heart rate data not shown in Basecamp

Hi,

I can't see the heart rate data in Basecamp (ver. 4.4.8). In Basecamp I double click in a track I've cycled and the Summary Window is displayed. The chart icon at the bottom left of the Summary Window displays the graphs with Elevation, Speed and Course of Ground overlays but no Heart Rate option. When I upload the coarse to Garmin Connect or Strava the heart rate data is there. I'm sure this was working last week :confused:.

Any ideas?

Further to this I also noticed that the Temperature data is also missing. I think that Basecamp is losing/corrupting the data as I sent it back to my 810 using the online Garmin Connect (where it did show all the data) and then copied it again into Basecamp and could see all the data again. This has happened with 3 out of the 3 tracks I have with this kind of data in it. Garmin software seems very buggy and inconsistent.:mad:

If you post the data you're importing, then I'll take a look to see what's going on with BC.

Thanks for the offer but I downloaded them again from Connect and deleted all my previous data so don't have the corrupt files anymore.
