Capturing map in Base Camp

Hello, first post, I did use search.
I have an Oregon 450T. I have uploaded my tracks to base camp. I see the map with the track. I can't figure out how I can capture the image of the map and track so I can post on Face Book. Can someone please help me!

Well there's no 'share' button in Basecamp :)

If on Win7 or 8 you could use the snipping tool to create a jpeg?

I am on Win 7, but I am unfamiliar with the snipping tool. Please advise!

Thank You Much. I found the snipping tool. Very easy to use and did exactly what I wanted to do! Again Thanks!
