Basecamp tweaking aircraft GPS tracks to follow roads. How to disable?

I'm using my Vista cX with Garmin Basecamp 4.2 to track my progress flying ground reference maneuvers (flying specific patterns relative to ground landmarks).

When I download GPS tracks, Basecamp is 'tweaking' the tracks to follow roads on the ground.

Anyway to disable this feature? Thanks.

See attached screen shot showing a straight flyover tweaked incorrectly to follow roads. Will be trying 4.4.7 with a new air track later today, but didn't see anything relevant in the release notes.

BaseCamp doesn't change your tracks; it's your Vista that is doing this. Look for a setting like "lock on road" (don't know the exact term that is used by the eTrex) and switch it off.

Thank you! Found it.

In the Vista Cx menu, find the Setup icon and select it. On the Setup page, find the Map icon and select it. You'll see the Lock on Road setting. Turn it off.
