Downgrade to previous version of Basecamp?

Hello all, does anyone know of a way to downgrade to the last stable version of Basecamp1?

Basecamp 2 is unbelievably unstable for me to say the least.

2? That's very old... The current version is 4.4.7

Sorry for the confusion. I have version 4.4.7. I was referring to the app itself as basecamp 2 as that is what it appears to be called now.
