Cannot receive data from devices

Hi,

I was using Basecamp on windows, but have bought a MAC and installed baseCamp on it.

I am having an issue receiving data from any of my devices, a 730 and 2 2460.

I can upload, update etc, but cannot get routes, waypoints etc from any of the devices!

Any hints, I cannot find a log in basecamp to tell me what is going on.

Hi Andy,

When you select your device in BC, you should see a list of routes and waypoints in the left column. Select which routes/waypoints you want then drag them into a list under 'My Collection'.
