Geocache will not show up..?

Ok so I bought a Garmin 62st and I have downloaded all the necessary software needed to geocache I went on geocaching.com downloaded 10 or so caches to my GPS. I looked in BaseCamp to make sure they were there (and they are) so I unplugged it. I go onto the Garmin look under geocaches and nothing... I look under waypoints, nothing... Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong because this is just brutal trying with no success.

I found myself a microSD transferred the files to that and now it works perfectly, I have no idea what was wrong but to the other people with the same problem as me here is your answer.

I am having the same problem with an Oregon 650t

Gah, I have spent hours resetting, reinstalling software, pulling out the SD card, putting geocaches on the card, on internal memory, etc. and it simply will not work. I am very disappointed that a >$500 device doesn't work and the support from Garmin is so lackadaisical.

I've been geocaching for years and haven't seen the issue you're having.

Where are you getting the geocache details from? How are you importing them into BaseCamp? If you provide some detail you can be helped.
