Hi, I've just moved to live in the Lake district and intend to do much more walking so bought a Montana 600 and 1:25k Lake District map (a week ago). Basecamp was fine for a couple of days but now continually crashes on opening and it can take several attempts to open before it finally does. Sometimes maps are displayed and sometimes Basecamp says maps not found even though the Garmin device is shown and is accessible on my Mac. Any suggestions?
Not a good initial experience with Garmin, either direct or through this forum, so have decided to send my Montana back to Amazon for a full refund and will buy a product from a company who cares.
