BirdsEye server Error

Using Basecamp 4.2.4 on MAC with a BE subscription activated about 2 months ago. All working fine in recent weeks but today when I connect a Garmin Montana 650 and select Download BE Imagery, after 30 seconds I get "server Error, if problem persists, call Garmin support". Have restarted MAC, Montana several times, loged in and out and tried several times over past 3 hrs. Still Server error.
Trying from Abu Dhabi. Internet working fine.
ideas please as need BE images for big weekend trip.

    Problem Resolved. updated Basecamp from V4.2.2 to 4.4.3 (for Mac) and it worked fine. The "check for update" option did not identify any Basecamp update, but did it manually buy going to Garmin Support website and downloading new software.
    Case closed.

    I had the same issue trying to download new image blocks when I got to Greece. The problem here was that my computer was still set to San Diego time and the local time was Greece. .NET does not like to allow server access when the clocks vary by too much... had the same problem accessing east coast cloud storage using a .NET FTP client.
