Hi,
New here but wanted to post this problem I'm having to see if anyone can offer some guidance.
I've got the latest version of BaseCamp installed and the Nuvi has the latest software update and maps installed. I've download waypoints in BaseCamp and managed to create a route and everything in BaseCamp is working there. When I connect the Nuvi to my laptop I get the desktop computer icon and the laptop notifies me that there is a memory card attached. I can look at the memory card from the computer. When I go to the [device] tab and select [send to device] then select [send 'mycollection' to device] the window closes and get get no indication that anything is happening. When I go to the device and try to read my data there is nothing there.
Looking for some help....
