Import data/routes/saved/etc

I bought a new 760 RV and have a 2595.
Trying with base camp to import the saved points and routes to upload to the 760.

when I select import get the nice screen to select routes/tracks/waypoints but it will not import.

Any settings in basecamp I have to change?
Errorlogs that tell me what is wrong?

Try this. With your 2595 connected it should appear in the top left hand pane. Select it and the data on it should appear in the lower left hand pane. Now create a list in the top left hand pane and drag/drop the routes etc from your 2595 into that list. Disconnect the 2595 and connect the 760 (or have them both connected to your PC if you wish/can). Drag/drop from the list into your 760.

If you connect both devices at the same time you should be able to drag/drop between them.

Edit: Just noticed you're on a mac, but procedure above is I believe the same/similar.

GE for vista and above will give you the option to transfer I noticed when setting up my NUVI 2497. GE asked if I wanted to transfer from my NUVI 550 which wasn't connected at the time. I haven't tried this.
