Basecamp Mobile on iPad Air does not synchronize with cloud storage server

I use an iPad Air, installed the app "Basecamp Mobile" Version 3.0 and also on the same iPad the app "Connect" version 2.3. The app "Connect" syncs fine with the data on the Garmin cloud storage server.

For some time no longer synchronizes the app "Basecamp Mobile" with Garmin cloud storage server. I get the message "Can not make contact with the cloud storage server. Verify your Internet connection". The synchronize with "Connect" shows in my opinion that there is nothing wrong with the Internet connection.

- Login with my username is progressing well;
- I have already removed the app and reinstalled.

Are there more people with similar problem?

And more important; are there people with a solution?!
