As soon as I connect device to mac, device gives 1 beep and just shows Garmin symbol! I can do nothing with it and mac and base camp do not see it. I have tried device in other computers - same thing. I have tried device with other usb leads - same thing. I have tried other devices in all computers with the garmin usb lead and all work fine. Conclusion - error must be zumo350. I have to reset it by holding power button for 10 secs or so. It always recovers but same thing happens again when usb connected.
Anyone else seen this and got around it? Please help - need to plan/download some routes! Thanks in advance. Andy
