Exporting Trip Planner folder from BaseCamp v4.3.4

Exporting a Trip Planner "folder" from BaseCamp v4.3.4 as a GPX file produces a file that cannot be imported by either Mac-BC or Win-BC. The only error message provides is: "BaseCamp encountered and unexpected error while importing."

If I Export the same data as GDB there is no problem importing.

I can't reproduce it; BC 4.3.4 imports a gpx containing a trip planner folder without problems here...

Thanks...could be my Trip. BaseCamp keeps corrupting it by crashing regularly. I'll see if I can narrow things down a bit. But, I do have an Exported GPX file that will error out on either OS version of BC.

PM sent. I did validate this file using Validome but was unable to ID the problem.

There is nothing wrong with the file, but when I try to import it BC crashes (it doesn't even provide an error message). The routes are made with mixed activities (Automotive and Motorcycling), but that shouldn't cause problems. However, when I use a text editor to replace all "Automotive" with "Motorcycling" (or vice versa), BaseCamp imports the file without problems! This is definitely a bug in BaseCamp...

Thanks. Hopefully the BC Team will take note. Funny...I was just starting to change the Activities to be all the same.
