Route properties Via Point ETA adds an hour per waypoint

This issue has been around a while and I wonder if no one else has noticed. If I have a route that contains several waypoints and I open the route properties dialog, the Via Points tab list shows arrival times for each of the waypoints. I usually set the departure time for the starting point, so it gives me an idea what time we should arrive at lunch/gas/scenic breaks. However, the times listed on each row get more absurd the further through the route you get. The times on the Directions tab are realistic. For example, I have a route that has a starting point start time of 9:00AM. The first waypoint is 4.2 miles away and 12 minutes according to the directions tab. The Via Points tab says arrival time is 9:11AM. That sounds fine. But the next waypoint is 14 miles from the start and the Directions tab calculates that we will get there at 35 minutes past the departure. The Via Points tab says that the arrival time is 10:35. And this continues. Each additional waypoint seems to add an another hour. I checked to make sure that the "Stay for" setting on each Via Point wasn't set and they weren't. This isn't a major bug but its annoying and should be easy to fix.
