Version 4.3.3 When stops to trip planner routes, the middle number for time appears to be stopped time and it defaults to 30 min. If I click the time to edit it shows 0 stop time but 30 minutes stop time is being added to the departure time. If I enter a real stop time, it appears to function as it should. If I enter 0 it drops back to a single time showing for arrival and departure. Is what you see in the attached screen shot correct?
It appears to be working as intended. Without a departure or stop time specified, it defaults to a 30 min stop over. The screenshot shows how to specify a real time (including 0 min).
