Applying a filter, selecting the option to keep the original.
Results in the expected result. A filtered track and the unfiltered original, named as such.
Now I close BaseCamp and reopen. The filtered track has been stripped of all time and date data, all the related calculated data and the elevation data.
What's truly bizarre is that in 3 different experiments, the original track was stripped of data once and the filtered copy twice.
