Birdseye not downloading to eTrex 30

I have all new stuff- just withing the week. I have enough memory in my SD card. The Birdseye images are fully downloaded in Basecap. I have selected to transfer to eTrex 30, and it said it was completed. I turn on etrex 30 and there is no sign of Birdseye maps. Shouldnt it be vin the Maps area and I should be able to select it?

When I turn on the eTrex 30 the first thing its says is "Incompataible JNX file". What does that even mean?

I am in no immediate need for sat imagery (although a weekend hike with the kids, and a weekend trail run would have been more interesting with it). However, as a SAR team member, i certainly would have been better off being able to access the imagery - if I was on a search. Would have been nice, i guess, to have Garmin put out a notice to users. (I din't see any, but i might I have missed any.) Still, the eTrex 30 seems like a great product so far. I appreciate your feedback and look forward to the next update.

There is an issue BirdsEye in BaseCamp 4.3.1 in which images downloaded to the device may be invalid. This will be fixed in the upcoming 4.3.3

That explains it then :)

Having the same issues with with GPSmap 62s, BirdsEye and Latest BaseCamp... The timezone trick unfortunately didn't work and I really needed BirdsEye for my long weekend Hike :(

Does anyone know where I can get an installer for the previous version?

What is the best and quickest way to check for and downloaded Basecamp 4.3.3 for Mac when it is updated? I am anxious to actualy use my BirdsEye subscriotion. Thanks, Don
