I have to admit that I'm having trouble understanding the question. If you want to order your waypoint by date you can do that using the gear icon and sort by date, oldest or newest. If you want to actually see the list of dates, then use the same menu to View Detailed Data List. That will show create and modify date and you can sort them by that by clicking on the column header.
