trip planner + time zone

I'm trying to use trip planner to plan my holiday in New Zealand. I'm located in Sydney so there is 2h time difference. If I print my trip itinerary all times are recalculated to NZ time zone. Is there a way to plan the trip NZ timezone? Or turn the re-calculation off? Lets say I want to depart from a campsite at 9am. If I print itinerary it shows 7am... that's kind of silly. I plan it for my destination time zone not my current one. Any tips how to deal with this feature?

Yes.
Set the time zone on your computer to the same zone you are going to be riding in on your holiday.

Also, go on the web and get the time for a city near the start of your holiday ride on the date you are starting and make sure it matches the printout.
You might have to tinker with the zone setting on your computer to make them match.

Then remember to reset your computer time zone back to where you live....:eek:

ah. I was looking for an option in basecamp and missed that obvious solution. thank mate!

That'll work, but shouldn't be necessary. We'll fix that in the next version. Thanks for pointing it out.
