I have purchased my Garmin nuvi 3597LMT (Europe & Africa) and installed BaseCamp, Express, MapInstall, POI Loader and MapManager on my mac, everything is working together so far. To plan a tour, I plug-in my nuvi3597LMT and it get's detected by the computer, but when I open the Garmin BaseCamp is crashes at least two times before it works. BaseCamp loads the maps from the nuvi3597LMT and I can plan my all tours easily. Also I can see the previous tours from the router and add / save these to BaseCamp.
After I have accomplished all my need for future tours, I try transfer the planned tours to the Garmin device and I receive the confirmation that the data has been successfully transferred to the device. I disconnect the 3597LMT device, but nothing is on the Garmin nuvi3597LMT. The same information as before is on the router.
