My first attempt at an adventure, a 7 day loop backpacking trip. The tracks are by day, and named Day 1... Day 2... There are waypoints for each camp, the car and one or two other things. There are 28 photos. When I click on Play, BaseCamp (Version 4.2.2.0 (4.2.2.0)) displays a photo from day 5, and starts from the car going backwards on day 7's route. ??? In the Adventure Viewer, the photos are in a scrollable line, all out of order. I entered them along the path of our hike, in order, and carefully placed them in the correct spot on the map. The Graph only shows the elevation gain for the first day of 7, and shows teh hike as 2.6 miles (it was 36+). I can't publish it like this! What have I done wrong? Very, very frustrating.
It is difficult to diagnose the issue from this description. A couple of guesses are 1) an adventure = 1 track. If you have multiple tracks then you can either publish multiple adventures or combine the tracks. 2) BaseCamp tries to figure out where pictures should play by time and location. Personally I geotag the pictures prior to adventure creation and then let BaseCamp automatically pick them up when creating the adventure. If that doesn't help, you may need to call product support.
