Saving Trips/Routes?

1) Is there a user's manual or something available for BaseCamp 4.2.2?
2) How do I save created maps or trips to download to my Zumo later?

Just close Basecamp ... anything you've done is automatically saved.

The mac has a help menu as the last item in the menu bar at the top of the screen. F1 is brightness on a Mac.
