How can I change the start point of an imported route?

Hi all,

I'm pretty new in using basecamp to create/import routes, and I have a (newbie) question :) I'be downloaded this route http://gpstracks.nl/motorroutes-nederland.php?id=2159 but would like to change the starting point of that route. How can I do this before I upload it to my Garmin?

Just use the move tool. Hover over the point you want to move, then click, hold and move the point. Release at the new position.

Thanks. This moves the selected waypoint (start) to another location, right? What I would like to do is make the route start at one of the other waypoints that are already in the imported route.

Then just delete the points before your new start point.

hi.. sorry but i dont understand this.. Surely if you delete the waypoints before your new strat point how will you get back to the start with waypoints missing? thanks
