Join tracks

I have done 3 trips in the same area, and wanna make one complete track out of them. I've cut those trips in smaller pieces. Then came as far as joining those pieces again to 3 large tracks, along the path i wanna make.
I wanna join those 3 to make a full "circle" or round trip, but the "join tracks" (or connect tracks) option doesn't appear when i select them and rigth click, or go to edit in the menu. I dont understand why I can't connect them. They are all in the same direction (after I inverted one short bit).

Not sure about the mac but on the PC version you need to right click and select Advanced to get the join track/route option.

It is the pc version. And I've done that, but it appear as gray and not selectable.
Its gray when i select or mark all 3, and one and one.

Ah, you posted in the mac section so I thought you had a mac :)

If they're grayed out then I'm not sure why either, never seen that on mine, maybe someone else will know :confused:

You are running the latest Basecamp version 4.2.2 ??

Yes its the 4.2.2
Its a long track, can that affect it?

I've just joined a 200 mile plus and a 100 mile plus track so no, I don't think so :)

It's 23 km (or 14 miles).
When I take all the small bits and join them all in one go they dont follow the round route but jumps from one bit to another, even thoug I lined them up in the rigth order before marking them all. Its from different dates, I dont know if thats affect it. Thats why I made 3 bigger bits to not make them jump in a straigt line across to another bit, an make a crazy track.

Its not a very easy route so it will be a long walk to go it all in one go again, just to have a perfect track. And i realy wanna know how to make it work, or what I'w done wrong, to combine other tracks later.
