I'm at my wits end here. The SP 2720 does not have a usb mass storage mode which I believe is required for Basecamp to read the maps off the device. How can I get the maps off my 2720 and into Basecamp so I can use it?
Not really a miracle. it's how it's supposed to work :)
You should be able to change the maps you have loaded to your GPS by connecting it to your mac, then right clicking the GPS and select Install maps, which will launch the MapInstall program ... at least that's how it works on the PC version, yours may be slightly different.
