A little late, but in case you missed it, BaseCamp 4.2.1 for the Mac was posted. It's available on line, through auto update, and on the App Store.

I can't get BaseCamp to use any of my user created profiles in any route recalculation. Even if the profile is selected in BaseCamp, the recalculation results in no change unless I use a default profile. What am I missing?

OK. Is there any way to turn Yelp off. Please. If I want to get a rating for a POI, I'll use the appropriate tool. Having to start a search over just because yelp takes a dump is very frustrating.

It does not seem to matter what I do or how I set preferences, all profiles default to "Fastest". I can't get BaseCamp to calculate the shortest route no matter what I do.... Back to MapSource for this project. <Sigh>

Yes, extremely annoying...! I'm quite surprise we don't have a maintenance update already.

Use Preferences->Find to turn Yelp off.

By the skin of it's teeth, that fix made it into the upcoming 4.2.2 maintenance release, due out next week.

Please, can someone explain this to me? It's driving me nuts and yes. I've reported it before. It's not new to this release.

Not only the weird colour change but also the detail. BaseCamp is showing secondary (local) roads at a mid level detail at this zoom level but is not showing them at the highest detail.

I can't seem to download Basecamp. Each time I navigate to the download page and press the Download Buttom, I wind up back at the Select Region Page. And then it goes full circle again and again. I've tried using Firefox, Chrome and IE.

When I hover over the Download button, I see the link as:

http://www8.garmin.com/software/BaseCamp_422.exe

But, again, it does not download but merely circles back to Region Selection.

One more edited to add:

If I modify the link posted above to _421.exe - then it does download the 421 version (which it sounds like has a bug????)
