Routing in Trip Planner

After changing a routing preference, I would like to recalculate the route in trip planner but the only way I can get BC to recalculate the route is add a point and delete the added waypoint. Looks like a right click should give the recalculate option. What am I missing.
The slide at the bottom of the trip planner routes for searching near is great for seeing the cities your route is traveling through. I have a hard time finding the smaller cities on the map even though I zoom in but the slide works great. Is street numbers on top of the route on the list to be added.

Other than adding waypoints and deleting them, you need to exit Trip Planner to modify a route. I too am hoping this will get "fixed" soon. Trip Planner will help a lot of people get interested in BC but the more the workflow is broken the harder it is to get folks on board.

I agree that there should be a context menu, however what are you changing that doesn't automatically recalculate?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "street numbers on top of the route", but you can search for street addresses in Trip Planner as long as the map you are using supports it.
