Routing through Canada

Alright. Maybe I'm just dumb. I've tried both the stable and the beta build (just in case).

I want to build a route from Scarborough Maine, to Haslett Michigan via the 402 through Ontario (it cuts 2+ hours off the drive, according to Google maps).

I create three points (home, destination, and 1 waypoint in Canada - Strathroy), and I have City Navigator North America 20.14 (on an SD card), which, should give me ALL of North America, if I'm not mistaken.

Routing from home to destination works, looping me through the southern path (south of the Great Lakes). When I add in the Strathroy point, I end up with two lines - one from Scarborough to Strathroy, and one from Strathroy to Haslett. It's as if Basecamp is calling Canada non-routable.

What am I missing?

I do not know why you are having problems. I saw your post and tried a route from PA to ON to MI. It worked!

Did you recalculate the route? Right-click on your route and select Recalculate.
  • How did you install CN NT NA on the SD card? When you zoom in on Canada, do you see street detail?
