I'm working on a route for a motorcycle trip. In north central Wyoming, Hwy 14 runs SW off of I-90 near the Montana border (north of Sheridan). Between Burgess Junction and Cody you can take Hwy 14 or Alternate 14 (14A). As I try to route 14A, BaseCamp wants to take me on any other dirt road and goat trail rather than paved Hwy 14A. Why does it do that?
