Basecamp Route Transfer 'Complete' doesn't transfer to 60CSx

I'm attempting to transfer a Route from BaseCamp to my device (GPSmap 60CSx) and failing.

I've attempted to transfer 3 different ways and each time, I receive the transfer 'complete' message, however, when I look for the Route on my device, it does not appear.

I have my Route selected in Basecamp and have 1) selected Send List, 2) used the drop down Transfer>Send to Device, and 3) right clicked on the Route and selected Send to Device. Each of those 3 options brings up the Garmin GPS Transfer box and I hit Send. After a few seconds, it says transfer "Complete".

But, when I go to Routes on my device, the Route is not present. I have restarted my device and it is still not present.

I had previously transferred Routes from my PC with success. This is the first time using Mac Basecamp.

BaseCamp Version 4.1.1.0 (4.1.1.0)
Mac OS X Version 10.6.8
Device Software Version 4.20
Checked memory and have 98mb free.

I have ben having the same thing for a week trying to get my head around basecamp. sent the 2495 back yesterday and returning to mapsource and 775. this software a joke, dont waste your time on it They know it is full of bugs as they admitted it to me yesterday..maybe in time it will be more stable but I dont have time as have a 2 month trip coming up

I found that routes actually transferred to device but you just could not see them in trip menu..I know this because they had disappeared in Basecamp list as well, and when I sent device memory back to basecamp they reappeared again!:rolleyes:
