I have created two routes, they have two differant colours, Magenta and green. I want to keep the route, for further use, but how do I get the highlighted colour routes of the B C view.
Not sure what you mean when you say you want to 'keep them'. You can keep them on BC indefinitely and the route colours will remain. If you want to save them somewhere other than in BC you will lose the colours.

Sorry, but I'm still not clear what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to change the colours? To do so open the route properties and there is a drop down box top right. You could even select 'transparent' as a colour then they won't show.
Or do you simply want to 'hide' the routes when you view My collection? My collection 'is what it is' so you get everything. But you can create folders and if you put the routes you don't want to view in there you won't see them unless you either select that folder or My collection.

My guess as to what you mean is that you want the routes off your screen?
If so, then do a FILE:NEWLIST and give the resulting folder a name. Since there is nothing in that folder then as long as it is highlighted no routes will show on your screen.
