In the beginning BaseCamp had an occasional bug resulting in the opening map being displayed at a 700km scale, but not every time. For a few releases the opening default was the preferred one of the last zoom level or scale selected when BaseCamp was closed. Now BaseCamp opens at a 700km scale every time with CNNANT 2013 version maps but reopens to 15km if I'm using CN Euro 2013 maps. ???? Canadian Topo reopens at 700 meters, US Roads and recreation at 1.5km regardless of the last scale before closing the application. Any fix? Having the last scale used the reopening default would save a lot of grief.
