Create off-road track, not on road

Hi there

Sorry if this has been covered but not found it.

I have created a route in BaseCamp from way points. However, the route thinks I want to travel by road rather than on walking tracks. Can anyone help. How do I change the settings so that it will link the waypoints on the track?

Set your activity profile to 'Direct'. To do that for a saved track double click the track so it opens, and change it from the drop down menu top right. Then click recalculate bottom left.
