I purchased BirdsEye Imagery and downloaded basecamp. When i click Birdseye Imagery in the tool bar and click download, it gives me the option of my devise which is a Montana 650 that was previously registered. It tries signing in for about 5 minutes then says communication error. I found nothing in the forums for this problem, im not tech savvy please help thanks
