You cannot install the map to BaseCamp, but you can copy de contents of your 62st to a SD card (in a card reader) or USB pen drive, and connect that to your computer. BaseCamp doesn't see the difference between a real and a "virtual" GPS.
Having a Mac, you could replace the SD card or USB drive with a disk image that you can create with Disk Utility.
