why I cannot login Garmin Basecamp

I used Mac system 10.8.2 and I download the Garmin Basecamp. However, I can login Mygarmin in website, but I cannot login Garmin Basecamp. I used the same username and password. so, who can help me? thanks

Are you logging in using an email address? The servers aren't supporting all email logins yet, but this should be changing soon. In the meantime, you should be able to use your non-email address User ID.
