I am getting an error on in basestation - basecamp version 4.0.4 for mac with a Rino 550 everytime I talk on the Rino or poll location manually it quits and drops the Rino, here's the error:

There was an error communicating with your device.
Please make sure your device is plugged in and turned on.
If errors continue to occur, you may need to restart your device.
I've connected various Rino's to it and I get the same error message every time and it then gives me the option to save the tracks, but when I reconnect I can't continue from where I left off.
