I downloaded the new BC, and now I can not see the map that is installed on my Garmin 2820. It was available in previous version. In trying to go back to the previous version, the 2820 map is no longer available there either. Must be a registry issue. Any help?
Some users on the Windows side have reported issues viewing their device's maps in BaseCamp and deleting their device cache has fixed it. To do this, delete the file ~/Library/Caches/com.garmin.BaseCamp/Cache.db where ~ is your user folder. Please let us know if this fixes the issue.
