Installed BaseCamp on my Mac Laptop today. Connected my Nuvi 750 and proceeded to input some waypoints. All went well till I try to create a route. What ever I do, it draws a straight line between the points. I'm going on vacation very soon and hope I can figure this out.
If you aren't on Direct Routing, be sure BaseCamp has read in the device's maps completely. This takes some time (only on the first time though). After that, be sure you switch to the devices map (this should happen automatically, however). Then perform your routing. You may still see straight lines while the route dialog is open as you add waypoints. Clicking refresh (the looping-arrow button at the bottom left of the dialog) will force a route calculation, as well as just closing the dialog.
