I've used BC on Windows but can't get 3.3 to open in MacAir.
Downloaded 3.3 but upon opening the program it immediately checks for updates and the only options are to quit the program or load 4.0. It will not let you go into preferences and turn off the option to check for updates.
Could this be because there was no previous version of BC on the computer prior to loading 3.3?
How do I get around it? (I've been using 4.0 on Windows and want to stick with 3.3 on the Mac for now).
