Hey all,
I do wildlife work with a crew of 10 people, and the work involves keeping track of GPS points on our Garmins. At the end of the day, we compile our new points of the day in a master list, which is then sent out to everybody.
Recently one of our sites' GPX file has gotten absurdly large. Our master list, which contains ~1350 waypoints, is now 7MB, as compared to the other site's (~1600 waypoints) which hovers around 600KB. This, of course, is causing BC to lag and our computers are taking ages to recognize an attached Garmin.
Anybody have any ideas what could be causing this huge inflation in file size & how to fix it?
