I tried attaching a JPEG image to a waypoint and transferred it to my nuvi 3790. However, the picture fails to appear on the device after it's been synced. Is there a special process to sending waypoints with pictures to the device, other than just to edit the waypoint and send it to the connected unit?
DanHam moderates a forum that might be a better place to post if you don't get an answer here. When I was upgrading my Nuvi, the 37xx series would not accept routes. Garmin was promising a fix but not sure if they delivered.
If the trip feature works can anyone tell me if the route will be the same or will the Nuvi recalculate the route and give you a new route if all the preferences don't match? The Maps matching is a given. I would be interested in upgrading if the 37xx series handled routes as well as the Montana.
Note: On second read, I see you were talking about a photo, sorry for the confusion, I was thinking route.
