Cannot enter custom grid

Hi,

I'm trying to enter the numbers for the local grid but BaseCamp doesn't allow to enter certain values.
I need to enter:
W055º48.000'
+1
+500000
+4002288.2

This las number is always turned to 1000000.00
How can I get Basecamp to keep the value I enter?

I have the very same values in my 60CSx and works perfectly.

A million meters has always been the limit for our custom grid. I'll take a look at why we are not the same as the GPS.

I used to have the original eTrex Legend and used the same values I have in the 60CSx, worked OK too.

Whats wrong with Basecamp?

And the values are correct, those are the ones used for maps in the country (Uruguay).

BaseCamp (and MapSource before it) have alway limited meters at 1,000,000. I'm creating a case for expanding the limit to meet the device's 9,999,999 meter limit.

Strange.
Long time ago I used Mapsource for windows and didn't have a problem with entering these figures.

Any idea how long will it take for the update to be published?

Several months and several versions later and this still hasn't been fixed.
Why cant you get Basecamp to work like the gps and let me enter the correct values???
