Join routes

I want to join 2 routes with Basecamp for Mac.
In the Windows version It's easy, but I can't find this feature in the Mac version? Is this hidden somewhere, or still on the request list?

Open the route properties for the second route.
    Select the ViaPoints tab.
    Select all (cmd - a)
    Copy (edit - copy)
    Close that properties window.

Open the properties for the first route.
    Select the waypoints tab.
make sure the cursor is at the bottom of that list.
    Paste ( cmd - v)

You might need to edit slightly there if you have a duplicate via.

I've tried and tried and cannot get this to work. It would be a great feature, but even though the copy and paste commands are "lit up," nothing pastes into the second waypoints list.

Any ideas? I'm running BC 3.3.2.0 on an iMac using OS 10.7.4.

OK so I've not done that for awhile.... wonder what I was thinking?

So I just tried it again.

Open the properties for the first route.

Drag the second route from the lower left pane and drop it in the properties pane where you want it.
  • Works like a champ. Many thanks, Denny.
