I have installed an additional French map, and registered the product by connecting my GPS to my PC with USB. Then I have followed the procedure, but it doesn't work.
The map is unlocked in my GPS Oregon, but still locked in Basecamp ==> I can't use it in Basecamp, but I can see it on my GPS.
I have got an "unlocking code" but I don't know what to do with this code.
The map is also locked in Mapsource.
What can I do ?
