I would like to see a nicer Global Map used in BaseCamp. Specifically, a Terrain shaded Global Map. Not asking for DEM data - just the shading and a little better "Detail" filtering to enable a cleaner more visually appealing world/country map view - example below:
Versus BaseCamp's Global Map filtered as much as possible and still have Country names:
