Deleting Waypoints

I can't delete a waypoint on my GPS using BaseCamp so I have to delete it on the GPS device itself. The only problem I have is getting the revised waypoint list to appear in BaseCamp. At the moment I have to restart BaseCamp.

Is there a way of forcing a resync between BaseCamp and the GPS device?

You can also unplug and replug in the device, but currently there is no way for BaseCamp to know that you deleted data from the device while it was plugged in.

To clarify: deleting data from Oregons and GPSMAP 62s via BaseCamp is supported, but many of our devices do not support this feature. You can confirm your unit's capabilities in BaseCamp by selecting it and clicking "Edit>Get Info" on it or clicking "Get Info" in the device's right click context menu.
